Our Story
Thistle & Dough was founded by Amanda and Emma with a simple aim: to make generously stuffed cookies that feel like a proper treat, with a distinctive Scottish identity. Amanda leads the baking and recipe development, while Emma manages orders, events and the customer experience. Every cookie is handmade in small batches using quality ingredients, ready for treats, thoughtful gifts and special occasions.
